Looking for someone compatible in Tirana, Albania

I'm a retired American citizen living in Tirana. I'm reasonably well travelled and well read, relatively liberal in political beliefs, I am irreligious and open to people of all faiths or none. I am fairly informal, easygoing, friendly, and warm hearted like most Albanians I have met or known in Tirana. I have been in Albania for almost a year and plan to continue except for short term and occasional trips to elsewhere in Europe to visit my kids, and USA to visit my sibling and her family. I like it here enough to want to explore the possibility of finding a friend and partner. I am primarily interested in people physically located in Albania, Preferably in Tirana or vicinity, or who either travel to Albania frequently, or plan to be here to live a good part of the year. It would also be nice if you are able to travel with me when I do.
